Ingredients
Serves 6
– 1 chicken
– 6 carrots
– 6 turnips
– 4 leeks
– 1 onion
– Black pepper
– Salt
– Thym and laurel

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and peel all vegetables and put the chicken into a large cooking pot, cover with water and bring to boil. Add all other ingredients.
Step 2
Cover and let cook 2 to 3 hours until the chicken meet is tender.
Step 3
Remove from the stock and serve in a large dish. The dish is best served with mustard.
